Corestone Technology Nigeria Limited is a Nigerian financial technology company registered and operating in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide digital financial services, including the ProPay digital financial platform, to eligible individuals and businesses across the country.
Through our ProPay platform we offer a range of digital financing solutions, including personal, business, agricultural, and emergency financing. All products are subject to assessment, approval, and the terms set out in your individual agreement. We do not guarantee approval, and availability may vary by location and applicant profile.
To be eligible for our services, you must: be at least 18 years old, be a Nigerian resident, hold a valid means of identification, have a verifiable source of income, and maintain an active bank account. We assess each application individually and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Interest rates, fees, and repayment terms vary based on the product type, amount, and tenor, and are disclosed in your individual agreement before you accept. We are committed to transparency — all applicable charges and the annual percentage rate (APR) are presented clearly up front, with no hidden fees. For current indicative rates and full cost disclosure, please contact our team.
Once your application is approved, funds are disbursed to your nominated bank account in line with the disbursement timeline stated in your agreement. Repayments are made according to the schedule in your agreement. We work with licensed Nigerian banks and payment processors to ensure secure transfers.
You may repay your financing early at any time. We encourage early repayment and do not charge penalties for doing so. Early repayment may improve your profile with us and could qualify you for better terms on future financing.
If you are unable to make a scheduled repayment, please contact us as early as possible at [email protected] or +234 0901 375 4331. We are committed to fair, lawful, and respectful account management in line with applicable Nigerian financial-services regulations. We will work with you to find a reasonable arrangement and will not engage in harassment, threats, or the disclosure of your account details to unauthorised third parties.
You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services only for lawful purposes, and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except where liability cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our operations comply with applicable regulations, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and applicable Nigerian financial-services regulations, and we are registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC RC 1971017).
